Amenities Block

In March/April 2011 a team of Noosa tradesmen are heading to Port Vila, Vanuatu and lending their expertise in the construction of a complete new amenities block for a slum village.

 The current facilities are completely run-down, in bad working order and unhygienic, resulting in various health issues to the village of 500 residents. The brand new amenities block will comprise of 6 toilets, 6 showers and laundry facilities. 

Evidence 1 is committed to  providing a more hygienic a safe lifestyle for the residents. In contributing to the health of a village it also enables children to keep attending school and adults to maximise employment opportunities.
